What data is collected and why

The contact form collects your name or brand, your email, the project type, the date and place if you provide them, and your message. They are used only to reply to your request and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal.

Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request. If it leads to a commission, it will be kept for the periods required by law.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also processes form submissions. Each request is forwarded by email through Resend. If you write via Instagram, Meta’s privacy policy applies. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to or restrict its processing, or ask for data portability through the contact channels above. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores what is strictly necessary for it to work.
